Emmie and the residents of New Haven fled River Springs so they could be free and start over.  The four revolutionaries are coming together slowly to fulfill the prophecy foretold by their ancestors long ago.  Building a new city has its challenges and preparing the citizens of New Haven for war is even tougher.

Neve and Micah have a forbidden love, one so forbidden that it marks them as traitors to their country. In order to be together freely they attempt to cross the border from their country, The Nation, to the bordering country, the New Republic. Things are not as rosy as they believed.

HISTORICAL:  Peter is excited to tell his best friend, Hilda, he and his class are going to Kinderlandverschickung, or KLV, Hitler’s mass evacuation program for children to be protected from the war. Hilda is angry because Peter seems to be so pleased at getting away from her. Karl-Heinz, Peter’s friend is also going to KLV, and they cannot wait to get there.

FANTASY:  Lok’Toria is an Orc Princess who becomes the kingdom's Oracle. As she is quite young when she becomes the Oracle, it is often difficult for her father, the King, to take her seriously. He finds he must heed her very words when she brings home a most unusual pet she rescued from a pit.

PARANORMAL:  Hours before his execution, a priest tells a young man to write down what is going on in his mind. This is exactly what he does. Written in the first person, the story is of someone who has had a lot to deal with in their life. Many demons have plagued him and this plays into the story of how he became the person sitting in the prison cell mere hours from being put to death.
