It’s that time of the year where everyone has made their New Year’s Resolutions. You head to the gym, start a diet, quit smoking—determined to live a healthier lifestyle. You tell yourself, this will be the year. I know I have done my fair share of New Year’s Resolutions, and I know I’ve failed more resolutions than I want to admit in this article. But what if I told you this could be your year? This could be the year you succeed and all you have to do is dump those tired resolutions. Wait, what? Yup. You heard me right!
