As I sit down to write my monthly babble, spring has finally arrived on the Canadian Prairies. (I hope, it also tried to snow again this morning, so I must remain cautious in my enthusiasm.) Folks around here are slowly emerging from their homes and shedding winter coats; blinking in the bright sunshine and raising pasty winter faces to the sun's warming rays.
