You know that expression, "Never say never"?  I've been trying to keep that in mind in relation to romance for years now.  I've been a voracious reader since I was a kid, and as far as romances go?  Almost 30 years of experience with virtually every subgenre (if this column was a resume), and sometimes I think I've almost seen it all. When it seemed as though every book became one of a trilogy, then of a series, I kept the faith.
