Teapots and Treachery

Donna K.
Weaver
Genre:
Suspense-Thriller

Containing a pair of novellas by author Donna K. Weaver, "Teapots and Treachery" offers a taste of ghosts, romance and suspense all in one volume.

A Savage Ghost - An inherited castle, a ghost and a summer romance is a wonderful combination in this easy, flowing story. Lia Savage has just finished college when her father inherits a castle and wants to turn it into a B&B. It is more work than she expects and when she runs into old crush Coop Montgomery, the property's caretaker, the decision to leave the project behind is harder than she imagined.  If that isn't enough, a disgruntled ghost in the castle targeting her family will take almost all of her courage to face.

Waves of Deceit - Shelby Nash is the daughter of a controlling billionaire but refuses to allow him to ruin the brilliant start to her career, even after she discovers that the job is with his company and she must work with her ex, Wade Masters. Determined to make her mark and prove she's moved on she takes the job, but soon discovers that a threat exists not only to her heart but to her person. Risking her life and falling in love seem to go and hand.

Each story stands completely on its own and feature different characters, genres and tone. "A Savage Ghost" is a sweet confection that will warm the heart, while "Waves of Deceit" is a suspenseful tale with an edge not found in the first story. A good showcase of Ms. Weaver's work, "Teapots and Treachery" will appeal to a broad romance audience.
