This contemporary romance captures the reader’s attention from the beginning and keeps the interest high with its hint of suspense and thrilling twists and turns. The characters are engaging and likeable with a plot that moves smoothly and at a comfortable pace, despite its predictability and randomly shifting POVs that cause a few hiccups. Nonetheless, the pages turn rapidly as this intriguing story unfolds and mysteries are revealed. The reader becomes engrossed in the plot and is drawn into the covert lives of the protagonists as the suspense builds and the mystery comes to an end. Intriguing, as well as enjoyable, this novel will appeal to readers of many genres and leave them feeling thoroughly satisfied when all is said and done.
