“The Deadly Match” is a very emotional roller coaster ride of love, fear, laughter and tears.  The author has created an engaging and well-written story with well-developed and believable characters.  One can truly relate to how the characters are feeling in each situation and what each are going through. The world the characters are living in is scary and violent.  The heroine is very tough and has not been broken by her past.  The reader’s heart will ache for the heroine and her family.  Ms. Paul has done a great job in researching the illness, the locations and the very sensitive topics. “The Deadly Match” is book 3 in The Second Wife Series and can be read as a stand-alone.  The reader should read the series in order so they can learn more about each character and more about the heroine. “The Deadly Match” is a must-read for fans of romantic, suspense thrillers!
