Beast of All (A Carus Novel Book 5)

Andy McNeilly once worked for the Supernatural Regulatory Division, but now she's their prisoner. They've injected her with a serum that has caused her to lose the beast she could once become. Andy must find some way to regain her powers so she can get her revenge. There's a huge power play going on in Vancouver and she gets tangled right in the middle of it. Will she regain her powers to keep herself alive?

The action starts right away in "Beast of All", taking the reader straight into the story with the main character. However, there may be some aspects that may be confusing considering this is the fifth book in the series, so it would be best for readers to go back to the first book and read them in order to grasp to full story. Aside from that, the flow of the book is smooth and the descriptions excellent. Sexy love scenes with a lot of passion will definitely leave readers wanting more. Andy is a strong, determined character who has been thrust into a difficult situation; she has to use every ounce of strength she has to get out of it. J.C. McKenzie has a great series here, and Andy McNeilly is definitely a force to be reckoned with.
