Kat’s stubborn insistence that her wedding go exactly as she wanted can be tiresome at times, and as a result, Kat carried the full conflict of the story, leaving her betrothed, Kaden, conflict free. Much of who and what from books 1-3 are rapidly dropped in the beginning chapters in a push to catch readers up to speed, sometimes feeling repetitive. Regardless of these downsides, fans of Shanna Hatfield will surely enjoy this newest addition to her Holiday Brides series, and enjoy sharing in Katherine and Kaden’s wedding plans!
