“The Legend of Skinner Robelard” takes readers out onto the trail with cowboys, guns, and the wild west. Boyd is a man’s man with the shooting skills to boot. Elise is anything but a damsel in distress and the true definition of hot headed. The plot does stall at times which may take readers out of the story, but it soon picks up again and is a really good read. The description and dialogue are precise for the time period in which the book is set. This book shows a lot of promise for this series, and readers will be bookmarking it so they can read the others when they are released. A wild western ride not to be missed!
