COMEDY:  Abby Anderson is struggling to balance her day job with her dream job. Running her belly dance studio requires money she doesn’t have, which means working at an office during the day. When her temp job lands her a position working at the Orange County Herald newspaper it should be the answer to her prayers. Except that her new boss, Derek Collier, turns out to be the same man she spent one passionate night with after her tribal belly dance show. Hiding her identity as a belly dancer and helping her boss with the company turns into a balancing act, especially since her Derek is looking for her alter ego as well.

"Shimmy for Me" is a fantastic contemporary romance!  Abby wanted a simple one-night fling; but since the fling she can’t forget is now her boss, it makes things more complicated. The plot focuses on Abby and Derek as they both attempt to keep their companies going in face of a lot of opposition. Abby’s attempts to keep her two lives separate and Derek’s efforts to find the belly dancer who enchanted him lead to some interesting entanglements that will leave the reader smiling. Basically, the only problem with “Shimmy for Me” is that it's too short!
