Forever Mine: Billionaires In Love, Book Two

Diane
Burke
Genre:
Contemporary

Cassie Brewster is attending the annual Fourth of July party of a longtime family friend. Patrice Stone is the grandmother of Greg Cooper, and Grandmother is attempting to play match maker. Greg ditches out of the party early and never meets Cassie. He’s enjoying a country drive in his very fast sports car. Things take a turn when a deer darts into his path, his quick maneuvering misses the deer but lands his car wrapped around a tree and him doing a dangerous tuck and roll for survival on the asphalt. A few broken ribs, a sore ankle…he could have been killed. Grandmother arranges for Greg to work at a summer camp for at risk boys. This may be what he needs, however, it may dig up parts of his past he’s not ready to share.

Heart pounding danger is at Greg Cooper’s every turn! This is not your usual Billionaire story. Ms. Burke has crafted a great suspenseful romance in “Forever Mine.” The touching tale of the boys in foster care and how it ties to Greg’s past is a wonderful plot builder. The romantic chemistry is quick to brew, however, they keep things at a distance. A bit of predictability is tempered by a few surprises readers will truly enjoy. Supporting characters are a wonderful addition and the connection that Greg creates for the group is profound. Greg is portrayed as a successful businessman, handy with tools & not your typical playboy.  Refreshing! This is part of a series, very much a stand-alone. Readers should keep this series on their radar!
