Cassandra Brown has just come from the reading of her grandmother's will. She is flabbergasted! Gran has stipulated that she must get married within six months in order to inherit Gran's home — otherwise the house goes to her cousin who lives in Nevada. Gran's house has been the only “home” she has ever known. Her parents were both doctors and worked in third-world countries. After they passed, Cassie lived most her life with her Gran in Kismet, Colorado. With no other prospects in sight, her best friend talks her into online dating service. Let the dating begin. Delta Jackson is the little brother of her best friend, and has had a crush on Cassie since they were kids. Can Del stand back, watch the dating debacle, and possibly lose her?

Readers will devour this book, possibly in one sitting! This fun-loving relationship that blossoms over years is as true as it gets. The fake relationship turning true is a bit clichéd and predictable, however the main characters are down to earth and as real as it gets. The supporting cast of Del’s siblings is laugh-out-loud funny and quite the dynamic crew. Some unexpected surprises truly add to this endearing story. The two families' connection keeps it all grounded. The distillery as a tasting room and bar in a tourist town adds to the quaintness of Kismet. It is portrayed well throughout this book. This is book one in this series and readers should collect them all!
