Taking place in the late 1880s, this historical romance takes the reader on an adventure that stretches from the streets of San Francisco to the wilderness of the Arizona Territory. With a giant leap out of the starting gate, this novel begins the action from the very first page and doesn’t let up until the last word is read. The ending is somewhat rushed, however the well-developed characters and smooth, even flowing pace keeps one engaged and entertained from beginning to end.
