Cloaked in Sorcery(Wulfkin Legacy Novella Book 6)  

On Halloween night, who doesn’t like a party that has all inhibitions removed at the infamous Bran Castle! Kalin and Axe are wulfkins who meet and have an uncontrollable urge to mate; could they be soul mates? As the witch the Russian wulfkins hired casts her spell to have those in the castle lose their inhibitions, Axe kicks his team into gear to complete the mission they were sent to carry out.  Meanwhile, Kalin is doing whatever she can to fight the urges and stay alive after some of the wulkins lose control of their wolves.  

This novella is a down and dirty read!   The author has created entertaining political tensions between different countries wulfkin tribes.  The main characters show a smidgen of depth, while in the course of a night having more sex than some have in weeks.  The passion is fully described and hot enough to melt ice! However, the plot is not fully developed, leading to a cliffhanger ending that leaves more questions than answers.  The author gives enough background to help the reader understand the nuances of the wulkin world. The conflict is twofold, which creates an engaging read even if not all the answers are puzzled out. Creativity and uniqueness of the shifter world help to make this an interesting read.
