A Christmas Story

No, I’m not going to talk about that amazing movie we all watch (“You’ll shoot your eye out...”) or “It’s A Wonderful Life” nor “Elf”, “Rudolf The Red Nosed Reindeer”, “Home Alone”... ...I’d better stop before this ends up as a list of the most popular holiday movies of all time and that’s what I just said I would not do. (Oh, by the way, “Die Hard” is a Christmas movie—you can complain all you want, but you have to admit it.)
Also, I’m not going to go into all the drama that centers around this time of year, how we scramble around for hours a day, either at a mall or online, trying to find the “perfect” gift for our loved ones. (Even though you ask for a list and they never give it to you, so you have to guess what is right, and usually fail miserably.)
...on a side note for any guys reading this…avoid buying clothes for your significant other. It is a bad idea to guess sizes. Get it wrong and you will pay for it with a price that will never go away. Gift certificates have saved a lot of marriages and relationships. There is nothing worse than buying something a size too big because the clerk looked like she was about the same size and said it should fit.
